Oxford University Light Entertainment Society is proud to present Scones in the Morning!

Scones in the Morning is a ‘20s country house farce in the tradition of Wodehouse and his like. When our hero Freddie returns home he faces many trials: his increasingly vague father, his mother’s attempts to get him married off, and the villainous Phillips-Phillips family. Kingsham Manor is awash with unlikely romantic gestures, scheming servants and horticultural sabotage, and everything is heading towards the pivotal Annual Cricket Match. Freddie and his chums have got their hands full, so it’s a good thing they’ve got faithful butler Derbyshire to rely on. But will love — and, more importantly, cricket — triumph?
